Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Review RFP and RFQ drawing, technical specification and BoQ from Clients

• Coordinate with supplier to request quotation, delivery schedules and compliance

• Responsible to Estimate effort, Quantities and Resources required to for each activity in the RFP SoW

• Responsible of preparation of Technical proposal and Commercial offer using Excel

• Preparing compliance statement against client RFP by coordinating with supplier and Technical Team

• Responsible for preparation of Pre-Qualification Document, Technical submission documents and reply to the responses of Client on these documents

• Attending technical meetings with Sales Team to respond to client requirement, collect information about the Tender and proposing suitable solution.

• Preparation of technical proposal presentation to meet client requirement

• Conduct presentation to present solution to customers.

• Assist project managers, Procurement department and Control department with cost analysis during pre-project phase, project, and post-project phase

Skills

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic & Communication Engineering

·       Should have Minimum 2-3 years of Experience

·       Experience in estimation and Bidding 1-2 years

·       Expert in MS – OFFICE (Word, Excel, and Power point)

·       Good Communication skill in English.

·       Negotiation skill with suppliers

·       Technical document writing skill

·       CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

·       Arabic speaking & writing is added advantage.

Other requirements:

•          Transferable iqama

•          Valid Driving license ( Saudi Arabia)
