Head of Student Experience

About the Role:

• Lead and motivate the Student Experience team.

• Develop and implement the center's strategy and priorities.

• Oversee various operational areas, including visa compliance, student welfare, and finances.

• Manage new student inductions and ensure a smooth transition.

• Implement quality assurance processes for exams and assessments.

• Coordinate exam logistics and manage student data effectively.

• Oversee financial procedures and ensure accurate budget management.

• Manage student debt and ensure GDPR compliance for student data.

You are a qualified and experienced leader with a passion for student success! You have:

• Administration or management training/qualification (required).

• Leadership and experience in a teaching and learning environment (required).

• Experience with student management systems (required).

• Experience with university/college database and reporting systems (required).

• Experience teaching international students in UK higher education (preferred).
