Job Description
Job Responsibility
Develops Strategy unit, strategy, strategic objectives, strategic KPIs, and strategic initiatives that are going to realize those objectives for stc group.
Develops and monitors the execution of the Group Strategy unit strategy.
Supports in cascading , monitoring and reporting the execution of the Unit Projects and Annual KPIs (Corporate & Individual) across all units in the sector.
Delivers completed Unit dashboard to track progress against agreed KPIs and Projects, and drive decision making in the unit.
Develops and launch the quarter employees satisfaction survey and gather and analyze results and feedback to produce recommended changes on areas of needed improvement.
Develop a 3-year Business plan in line with Corporate Strategy sector strategic plan
Manage scorecards and ensure all KPIs within the unit are achieved and on track
Supports in maintaining a healthy culture in the Strategy Unit and managing relevant events.
