• Conduct quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality construction projects.

• Review and approve material submittals, shop drawings, and other project documentation to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Coordinate with construction teams and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction activities and ensure adherence to quality control procedures.

• Participate in meetings with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders to address quality concerns and provide technical expertise.

• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.

  Skills

  • A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience in QA/QC roles within the construction/civil industry in UAE.

  • Experience working on large-scale construction projects, preferably in the civil engineering sector.

  • Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality control procedures.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project team members and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as quality management systems and inspection equipment.
