FST-Production Supervisor M/F

SPIE Oil & Gas Services Middle East LLC has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and safety-conscious FST-Production Supervisor to join our team in Doha, Qatar!

In this role, you'll play a vital role in optimizing production efficiency and minimizing downtime while maintaining the highest safety standards.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist the Production Supervisor in managing core operational activities and production tasks.

• Ensure all work adheres to Permit to Work procedures and company safety requirements (Permit Authority).

• Analyze production volumes, risks, and opportunities to improve business performance.

• Provide leadership to ensure production targets and volumes are maximized.

• Champion NOC core values and safety culture, fostering collaboration and a commitment to incident-free operations.

• Promote cost-consciousness and a strong cost culture.

• Actively participate in health & safety initiatives and ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures.

• Maintain process safety, operational safety, and plant integrity through adherence to operating procedures and guidelines.

• Perform chemical stock checks and optimize chemical injections.

• Isolate and safely prepare equipment for maintenance activities.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a minimum Higher Secondary School Education with a three-year technical diploma (HNC, HND, or equivalent).

• Possesses at least 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 5 years in offshore oil & gas processing or petrochemical plants.

• Fluently communicates in written and verbal English.

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Maintains computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
