Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality control procedures for all procurement activities.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of incoming goods and services to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and track quality metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
Train and educate procurement staff on quality control processes and procedures.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and drive continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations related to quality control in procurement.
SkillsBachelor's degree in a related field such as supply chain management, quality control, or business administration.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on quality control.
Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Certification in quality management (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in a related field such as supply chain management, quality control, or business administration.
Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management, with a focus on quality control.
