Job Description

As a Product Manager for Türkiye, you will be responsible for owning the Haemophilia and rare diseases business strategy. Your key responsibilities include defining and driving the implementation of brand strategy in-country, driving business growth and lifecycle management, forecasting revenue, ensuring revenue and profitability targets are met, and identifying synergies across the portfolio.

Job location is Dubai and you will report to the Commercial Lead Türkiye

Job Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies by evaluating market trends, competitor activities, and brand performance.

  • Create and implement marketing plans, promotional programs, and events to drive brand growth and revenue.

  • Monitor financial objectives, track ROI of marketing expenditures, and identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure alignment of country Brand plans with regional and global strategies.

  • Engage with customers, provide coaching to field representatives, and manage relations with key stakeholders.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and collaboration skills to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

The Brand Manager must possess exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with internal teams and external stakeholders. Scientific acumen is crucial for understanding complex medical concepts and market dynamics. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building relationships and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ability to work independently and take initiative is key to driving strategic initiatives forward. Strategic thinking is vital for developing innovative marketing strategies and identifying growth opportunities. Teamwork is important for fostering a collaborative work environment and achieving shared goals.

  • Degree in Pharmacy or related course, MBA in Marketing a plus.

  • At least 10 years’ experience from Pharmaceutical industry with 2 years+ in marketing, experience in Haematology/Oncology/Rare diseases field/Rheumatology

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, presentation, and communication skills.

  • Fluency in English required, Turkish language and Arabic proficiency desirable.

  • Ability to manage diversified portfolio and business complexity.

  • Track record of achievements and sales budget management.

  • 30% travel is required.
