TPM/ Performance Services Project Manager

Sidel is seeking a TPM Project Manager responsible for leading and driving successful Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Performance projects at customer sites, focusing on priority production lines. The role involves using TPM/Lean manufacturing excellence practices to enhance customer performance, leveraging Sidel's technical expertise to develop local teams and resolve complex issues. The position is based in the Africa/Middle East market, a fast-growing region for Sidel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage TPM projects at customer sites to achieve performance goals.

• Coordinate and align with the customer's local/plant management team.

• Coach and advise Sidel's Field Service Engineers on project plans, activities, and the proper use of TPM methods and tools.

• Utilize Sidel’s digital suite EVO-ON™ to track, analyze, and diagnose performance issues via remote connectivity.

• Achieve line efficiency/OEE improvement goals, focusing on reducing unplanned stops.

• Develop customer's local team's routines and capabilities to properly maintain and operate their production line, including standard work/documents and maintenance planning.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.

• Languages: Proficiency in English and French; Arabic is desirable.

Required Experience and Skills:

• Knowledge and practical experience in TPM methods and tools; belt certification is a plus.

• Experience in a production environment as a Production Supervisor/Manager or in Maintenance.

• Rigorous and disciplined approach to project management.

• Strong goal focus and orientation.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to organize and motivate teams.

• Availability to travel 50%-65% of the time.
