Job Description
Generating operational activity forms such as Receiving Notes, Loading Slips, etc.
Preforming data entry transactions using the relevant applications e.g., MS Office, SAP, etc.
Preparing, maintaining and archiving all records properly, accurately and regularly
Reviewing, validating and resolving anomalies in warehouse activities by crosschecking physical work reports versus system transactions.
Executing warehouse operational transactions on the system e.g., receiving, picking, etc.
Implementing and adhering to the company policies and SOPs.
SkillsJob Requirements
Proficiency in MS Office is preferred
Good Communications Skills
Proficient in English communication (written, read and spoken); good command of the Arabic language (written, read and spoken) is preferred
Experience and qualifications
A minimum Secondary School degree is a must
A minimum of 1-year experience in a related field is required
