Conduct Risk Assessments: Assess clients' security risks and vulnerabilities through comprehensive risk assessments, site surveys, and security audits.

Develop Loss Prevention Strategies: Collaborate with clients to develop customized loss prevention strategies and action plans tailored to their specific needs and objectives.

Implement Security Protocols: Design and implement security protocols, procedures, and controls to protect against theft, fraud, vandalism, and other forms of loss.

Deploy Security Technology: Evaluate and recommend security technology solutions, including CCTV systems, access control systems, intrusion detection systems, and alarm monitoring services.

Provide Training and Education: Deliver training sessions and educational workshops to clients and internal staff on loss prevention best practices, security awareness, and crisis management.

Stay Abreast of Trends: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in loss prevention and security management, and advise clients accordingly.

QUALIFICATION

• PhD degree in Security Management, Risk Management, or a related field.

• 15+ years of experience in loss prevention, security management, or risk management roles.

• In-depth knowledge of loss prevention principles, security technologies, and industry standards.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify security risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

• Certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), or similar credentials preferred.
