We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our team at the Saudi Arabian Fertilizer Company. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Medina, SA. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on driving results through various online channels.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
2. Manage all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email, social media, and display advertising.
3. Analyze and report on key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content for online channels.
5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve digital marketing efforts.
6. Oversee the company's online presence, including website content, social media accounts, and online advertising.
7. Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing professionals.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of driving results.
3. Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
5. Hardworking and resilient with a passion for achieving results.
6. Proficiency in Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools.
7. Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
