English Coordinator

SABIS® is a leading international education network dedicated to providing students with a world-class education. We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Subject Area Coordinator to join our team.

The Role

In this dynamic role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and developing our team of teachers. You will be responsible for training teachers in specific subjects, ensuring consistency in the delivery of the SABIS® curriculum, and analyzing student performance data to identify areas for improvement. You will also provide ongoing feedback and guidance to teachers, conduct performance appraisals, and contribute to the professional development of the entire subject area team.

The Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field (required). Master's degree (a plus).

• English proficiency or native English speaker (depending on subject) (required).

• Teaching certificate (a plus).

• 3+ years of experience in the SABIS® network (preferred).

• Strong subject matter knowledge and expertise.

• Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation.

• Excellent instructional coaching and mentoring skills.

• Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform instructional decisions.

• Effective communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Commitment to the SABIS® philosophy and methodology.
