Job Description

Business Development Manager

is responsible for the Business Growth Strategy with the CEO and Management .

Main responsibilities are creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections. Studying and searching the market share opportunities and growth expansion plans, acquiring new customers and developing a diversified business plan with the CEO.

Additional Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, projects, and market trends.

  • Analyze competitive landscape and develop strategies to differentiate the company.

Lead Generation and Networking:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry events, and other sources.

-Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and projects.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand client needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Proposal Development and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and present proposals, bids, and tenders in response to client requests.

  • Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements to secure profitable deals.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.

  • Collaborate with senior management to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Project Coordination:

  • Coordinate with project management and operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Monitor project progress and address any issues that may impact client satisfaction or project success.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions.

  • Prepare regular reports on business development performance and market trends for senior management.

    Skills

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field.

    Experience:

    • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably within the contracting or construction industry.

    Skills:

    • Strong understanding of the contracting industry, including key players, market dynamics, and regulatory environment.

    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

    • Ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

    • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
