Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing Aon's services and capabilities
Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and drive business growth
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the professional services industry
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
Willingness to travel as required
