Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions for clients

  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing Aon's services and capabilities

  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market developments to anticipate client needs and drive business growth

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and opportunities in the CRM system

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the professional services industry

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

  • Willingness to travel as required
