Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager at Quantexa, you will lead project teams in delivering high-quality enterprise-level systems that meet operational readiness and deliver value to clients. This client-facing role requires you to work closely with stakeholders and agile scrum teams to optimize project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead project teams using agile techniques to ensure optimal project delivery in terms of quality, time, and cost.

• Scrum Master: Act as Scrum Master or support Team Leaders to apply agile methodologies effectively.

• Reporting: Provide regular internal and customer-facing reports on project status.

• Statement of Work (SOW) Development: Collaborate with customers to develop statements of work for ongoing implementation services.

• Capability Development: Work with other Project Managers to enhance Quantexa's delivery capabilities.

• Team Mentoring: Mentor and upskill Technical Team Leaders to ensure high-quality project deliveries.

• Autonomous Work: Operate with a high degree of autonomy, seeking support from Quantexa organization when necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

Essential Skills:

• Strong Project Management and Leadership skills with a focus on Agile delivery methods.

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to devise effective delivery solutions for customer challenges.

• Excellent technical communication skills, especially in dynamic client environments.

• Deep understanding of what constitutes a high-quality, operationally stable system and how to optimize development, release, and operations processes.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in complex data-oriented projects, particularly in financial services, government, or telco sectors.

• Exposure to Agile methodologies, especially SCRUM.

• Willingness to travel internationally on short to medium-term assignments.
