Senior Cargo Sales & VIP Logistics Executive

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Cargo Sales and VIP Logistics Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of The Next Generation, you'll play a vital role in driving our VISION 2027 roadmap and solidifying our position as the leader in air cargo.

About the Opportunity

In this exciting role, you'll wear two hats:

• Cargo Sales Leader:

  • Exceed/achieve budgeted revenue targets for Doha station.

  • Protect existing business and actively explore new revenue opportunities.

  • Develop a strategic Business and Marketing Plan to optimize revenue and maximize Qatar Airways' presence in the market.

  • Assist customers with booking, forwarding, and delivery, collaborating with local Ground Handling Agents and the Head Office Cargo Department to ensure exceptional service.

• VIP Logistics Expert:

  • Manage VIP cargo logistics (imports and exports) 24/7, including after-hours and weekends.

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service standards for VIP requests (calls and emails).

  • Oversee the entire VIP movement process (inbound and outbound), from quoting to delivery. This includes contacting shippers, agents, consignees, and other relevant departments.

  • Meet with VIP clients to discuss requests, secure future business, and address any concerns.

You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales (preferred) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in airline sales and marketing.

• Working knowledge of the Qatar Airways network, air cargo operations, products, and processes.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively while handling multiple projects.

• Experience managing logistics for Qatar Royal Family, Ministries, High Net-Worth Individuals, special events, and GCEO Office referrals.

• Flexibility to work weekends and nights.

• Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
