Security and Loss Prevention Manager

As a vital member of the QDF Management team, you will ensure that the Operations are run smoothly, in a cost-effective manner, conforming to all security requirements and loss prevention measures. You will be responsible for ensuring that customers receive 5-star service, thereby creating a competitive advantage for QDF in travel retail products and services. Additionally, you will act as a reference point and source of expertise for others both inside and outside the organization. With oversight of approximately 25,000 square meters of travel retail space, you will participate in official stock takes and ensure that all shop staff conform to company security regulations.

You will review any incidents concerning QDFC, including internal and external theft and fake currency issues, with CCTV operators. Furthermore, you will perform spot checks on stock transfers and assure that all shop staff conform to all company security instructions, rules, and regulations. It will be your responsibility to remain alert to any breaches of company security procedures and ensure that all stock and cash transactions conform to company and security standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, we are looking for candidates with the following skills:

• Hold a bachelor's degree, preferably.

• Have a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience working in the Middle East within a Retail & Warehouse capacity, preferably for Duty-Free, Airport, or International outfits.

• Be proficient with MS Office and other retail IT systems.

• Candidates with Arabic language fluency and operational knowledge of the retail environment are an advantage.
