Lead Cargo Network Compliance Officer

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include:

• · Lead the team to handle day to day cargo compliance related issues in the network. Supervise Qatar Airways cargo service, safety, security or quality team in order to ensure that the service levels are met as per the recommended guidelines.

• · Monitoring, control the required quality, safety, security and service standards implementation through entire network for safe Cargo Operations.

• · Liaise with the necessary relevant sub units of cargo department, GSA and GHA's in order to resolve the issues by building internal, cross-functional relationship and communication structures and develop a resolution environment in a timely and efficient manner.

• Liaise with internal Qatar Airways units to ensure performance is according with Qatar Airways policies and service levels·

• Provide and implement weekly/monthly performance report for company, individual customers and stations.

Qualifications

About you·

Bachelor’s degree with minimum of 4 years job-related experience,

· Work experience in the airline cargo industry

· Good customer service and interpersonal skills are essential

· Fluency in written and spoken English

· High level of Computer literacy
