Job Description
As a Training Program Developer, you'll be responsible for creating effective training materials and programs to meet the needs of departmental managers and lower-level employees. Here's a breakdown of your responsibilities:
Develop Training Materials: Conduct thorough research to understand educational needs, assess vendors, and identify employment needs of departmental managers. Use this information to develop comprehensive training materials.
Executive Development Programs: Design programs aimed at grooming lower-level employees for executive positions, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to advance in their careers.
Evaluate Teaching Methods: Assess various teaching methods to determine the most effective options for delivering training concepts. Aim to minimize distractions and confusion during training sessions.
Instructor Recruitment: Interview and hire instructors who are enthusiastic and capable of effectively delivering training materials. Ensure instructors have a deep understanding of the content and can engage learners effectively.
Contribute to Training Delivery: Assist in delivering training courses, observing and assessing the effectiveness of different methods and materials. Encourage interaction and participation among trainees.
Budget Management: Create budgets for training programs, including all associated costs. Prepare detailed reports justifying expenditures and present them to executive management.
Training Logistics: Ensure training locations are properly set up with the necessary tools, technical equipment, and resources for instructors to deliver effective courses.
Skills:
Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills to convey training concepts effectively.
Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges in training delivery.
This role offers an entry-level opportunity for individuals with 0-2 years of experience and requires a bachelor's degree or higher diploma. Saudi Arabian nationality is preferred.
This position is located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, within the business support services sector of a public sector employer. The monthly salary range is unspecified.
