Systems Engineer

• Lead system architecture design efforts.

• Develop, manage, and track technology roadmaps.

• Provide subject matter expert input to various project within RCSL product development roadmap and programs.

• Take leading position in Systems Engineering activities of the lab.

• Mentor technical team members, project managers and system engineers.

• Remain updated of latest technical innovations and trends to benchmark design efforts in ongoing and future projects.

• Write system engineering documents.

• Lead model-based systems engineering effort in the Lab.

Skills Technical

• Must have strong understanding of radar/communication system design and its subsystems including compression, coding, modulation encryption equalization and synchronization etc.

• Must have strong understanding and hands-on experience of system modelling.

• Must have strong understanding of architectures and subsystem interface design.

• Must have product development experience.

• Should be able to use or learn to use the tools for requirement capture, design capture.

• Must guide and assist RCSL project teams in system design reviews.

Other

• Should be a good communicator, team player, able to work in a cross-functional-team environment and must be able to establish good relationships with a multi-disciplinary development team.

• Outstanding work ethic and commitment to organizational success.

• Excellent language skills (written, verbal, & presentation).
