About the Role: As a Cash Management/Data Analytics Specialist at DHL Global Forwarding UAE, you will leverage data analytics to optimize financial strategies, mitigate risks, and ensure efficient cash flow operations. You will play a crucial role in driving informed decision-making by analyzing financial data, developing models, and providing actionable insights to support treasury management objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing treasury processes, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.

• Analyze cash flow patterns to forecast daily cash positions and mitigate liquidity risks.

• Assist in identifying and prioritizing digitalization initiatives based on impact and feasibility.

• Extract and analyze AP, AR, and treasury data from various sources, ensuring data accuracy.

• Monitor AP and AR transactions to identify discrepancies and potential cash flow issues.

• Support Treasury operations processes, including bank reconciliation and payment posting.

• Investigate high-value transaction discrepancies and present findings for resolution.

• Stay updated on financial technology and data analytics tools to enhance decision-making and automate tasks.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and industry standards.

• Build strong cross-functional relationships with DHL managers and provide technical guidance to line managers and employees.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.

• 6 years or more of experience in the financial field.
