The Role

• PMP certification (preferred).

• Minimum 15 years of demonstrable postgraduate experience (required).

• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation (required).

• Proven track record of success in formulating vision, mission, themes, objectives, and values.

• Extensive experience in conducting PESTLE and SWOT analyses, as well as benchmarking industry best practices.

• Strong ability to cascade down corporate strategy to all departments and affairs.

• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing KPIs to track progress and measure success.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

• Ability to think strategically and make sound business decisions.

• Prior experience working in the Gulf region (a plus).
