Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage, organize, and coordinate office operations, procedures, and resources to ensure effectiveness and efficiency for the assigned area.

  • Perform a wide range of process improvement initiatives and provide administrative support to senior management to facilitate streamlined operations.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for assigned executives.

  • Draft correspondence, presentations, and reports.

  • Coordinate meetings and conferences, ensuring smooth execution and follow-up.

  • Oversee office administration tasks such as filing, document management, and expense reporting.

  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Female Qatari Resident (required).

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or Healthcare Management (preferred).

  • Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years in a similar role (required).

  • Experience working with senior management/boards (required).

  • High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (required).

  • Bilingual: English and Arabic (required).
