As a Reservations Manager, you will support your team to deliver their best every day, nurture potential, and manage performance, all while being an authentic leader who shows passion for our business and focuses on team success.
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for efficiently executing the Reservations strategy across the Middle East while supporting the overall vision and objectives.
Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes, standards, and legal requirements, and successfully deliver results for all internal and external audits or reviews.
Act as the liaison between the hotels and commercial for day-to-day reservations optimization.
Ensure the team delivers high-quality customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
Conduct quality checks for bookings and ensure all bookings are correct prior to guests' check-in.
Drive a sales culture promoting direct bookings and upselling and cross-selling hotel properties.
Ensure accuracy and timely communication of hotel reservations to the guests and internal operations.
Requirements:
Computer Literate – Excel, CRS, PMS, and other Microsoft applications.
Fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
Excellent communication skills.

Attention to detail.
Teamwork & collaboration.

Flexible & agile.
Ability to perform under pressure.
Preferred 5+ years of experience in a customer service role within the Hotel Industry.
Experience in managing teams of 10+.
