Group Director of FP&A - Digital

DP World is seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Global Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to lead the financial planning and reporting activities for its Digital Technology division. Reporting to the Global CFO Digital, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing budgeting and reporting tools aligned with DP World's global digital strategy. This role will play a crucial part in providing financial insights to support effective decision-making by the executive leadership team.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Design and develop management financial reporting tools for DP World's global technology business, ensuring alignment with company strategy.

2. Lead the delivery of regular management financial reporting for Digital Technology and Group Technology, ensuring alignment with company strategy and operational frameworks.

3. Develop and roll out budgeting and forecasting processes for global technology, coordinating closely with Group Finance.

4. Lead the design and management of SG&A/Overhead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly analysis reporting for Group Technology.

5. Drive process and system improvements across the finance organization, including the implementation of key controls over financial reporting.

6. Lead timely and insightful reporting of Technology across the group globally.

7. Build business cases and analysis for strategic initiatives within Group Technology to support decision-making.

8. Foster strong partnerships with senior leadership teams within technology, regional leadership, and Group Finance to provide deep visibility into the business.

9. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and strategies, and recommend policies and procedures for the finance function.

10. Assist with ad hoc strategy and operational projects as required.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience in a management function within the accounting & finance field.

• Experience with scaling business processes and operating in environments that have achieved significant scale ($1B+ revenue).

• Demonstrated success in building an integrated finance function with nationwide or global reach.

• Ability to interact effectively with business leaders internally and externally, translating financial results for all audiences.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.

• Comfortable operating in a high-growth technology company environment.

• Proficient in Oracle/SAP or similar financial systems.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
