The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth by developing strong relationships with customers and securing new business opportunities.

What you'll do:

  • Analyze market trends and identify potential customers within your assigned territory.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, including key players and operational needs.

  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at oil and gas operators and service companies.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve assigned sales targets.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase Parker Wellbore's products and services.

  • Negotiate contracts and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Participate in industry events and conferences to build brand awareness.

  • Generate reports and provide data to support sales efforts.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (required).

  • Minimum 1 year of outside sales experience in the oilfield or a related industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets (required).

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and customer relationship management (CRM) software (a plus).

  • Ability to multi-task effectively and manage time efficiently.

  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies.

  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented attitude.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Knowledge of oilfield operations is a plus.

  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills (required).
