Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive Business Development Executive (BDE) with a successful proven track record specifically in the K12 education sector to join our team.
The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in the concerned field and will be instrumental in driving our business growth by identifying new opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and boosting revenue across the GCC countries.
A strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for business development are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct thorough research to pinpoint prospective clients and market segments suitable for our products/services. Formulate effective strategies to initiate contact and interact with potential clients, aiming to showcase our offerings and capitalize on new business prospects.
2. Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions. Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
3. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop comprehensive sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives. Utilize a combination of networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
4. Lead negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements. Ensure that all terms and conditions are clearly understood and agreed upon by both parties. Close deals in a timely manner while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
5. Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities or threats to the business. Use market insights to refine sales strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
6. Work closely with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and coordination in delivering value to clients. Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to support product/service enhancements and improvements.
