Job Description

  • Assist in clerical and administrative operation

  • Handle document control, distribution, filing and archiving of project correspondence, documentation and drawings both hard copy and softcopy both incoming and outgoing.

  • Handle incoming mails i.e. correspondence, drawings, etc (sorting & recording)

  • Responsible for the quality review of documents and forms and ensure they are kept according with  prescribed procedures.

  • Control the issue and the receipt of documents and  drawings by cataloging and  indexing

  • Conduct annual audit of documents to ensure they are updated and controlled.

  • Maintain and report administrative issues to Head Office.

  • Attend to all incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate persons.

  • Ensure all messages are delivered immediately.

  • Arrange dispatch/courier and record all outgoing documents.

Skills

  • This vacancy is open to Philippines

  • Minimum 3 years of experince in this role.

  • Familiarity with project management

  • Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law

  • Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel

  • Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)

  • Proficient typing and editing skills

  • Data organization skills

  • Attention to detail
