Job Description
Assist in clerical and administrative operation
Handle document control, distribution, filing and archiving of project correspondence, documentation and drawings both hard copy and softcopy both incoming and outgoing.
Handle incoming mails i.e. correspondence, drawings, etc (sorting & recording)
Responsible for the quality review of documents and forms and ensure they are kept according with prescribed procedures.
Control the issue and the receipt of documents and drawings by cataloging and indexing
Conduct annual audit of documents to ensure they are updated and controlled.
Maintain and report administrative issues to Head Office.
Attend to all incoming telephone calls and transfer calls to the appropriate persons.
Ensure all messages are delivered immediately.
Arrange dispatch/courier and record all outgoing documents.
Skills
This vacancy is open to Philippines
Minimum 3 years of experince in this role.
Familiarity with project management
Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law
Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel
Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS)
Proficient typing and editing skills
Data organization skills
Attention to detail
