Duties and responsibilities
Maintain existing departmental management systems.
Manage and coordinate new business systems development.
Provide regular status reports on the development of the business systems.
Provide summary reports to head of department on development progress.
Provides assurance to the business on ISO compliance.
Provide updates on the Ministerial Orders.
Coordinate with departmental representatives on business systems developments
Provide summary reports to head of department on development progress.
Associates degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration and/ or auditing.
Related Experience
Past experience in writing company policies and related procedures (essential)The ideal candidate will have at least ten years' experience of working in similar industry environments, undertaking tasks comparable to this role.
Experienced Internal and External Auditor (auditing experience essential)The ideal candidate will have experience in construction and manufacturing
Basic understanding of corporate governance for publicly listed companies
Other qualifications and attributes (preferred but not all essential)Industry recognised qualifications in risk management
Extensive knowledge of ISO requirements and developments IRCA registered ISO 9001; ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Internal Auditor
Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
Excellent people management skills
Strong influencing and coaching skills
Being analytical and able to interpret data to produce clear and concise reports
Proficient in the use of microsoft office with more advanced IT skills
Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines (essential)
Experience of delivering in-house training for effective execution of Business Systems essential Salary package shall be discussed for the right candidate.
