Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Insights and ReportingIdentify key market insights on sales, distribution, and promotion trends for the Prepaid Business.
Prepare reports to support Senior Management in making business decisions.
Evaluate Business Intelligence analysis and review its impact on Ooredoo.
Communicate key information to management on performance against KPIs, sales quality, and business impact.
Cross-Department CoordinationCoordinate with Finance, Marketing, BI, and Technology departments to provide meaningful analysis and insight on market performance and Distribution KPIs.
Maintain strong relationships with internal parties such as Marketing, Sales channels, and operations.
Commercial KPI ManagementWork with the Commercial team to ensure Commercial KPIs are met.
Prepare targets for Sales Channels and Internal Team members aligned with overall company objectives and strategy.
Validate reports on the performance of Commercial campaigns.
Analytics and Performance MonitoringProvide analytics support guidelines to drive sales campaign efficiency.
Monitor achievement versus targets and review dashboards on Commercial channels and FOS performance.
Recommend analytical insights to increase sales efficiency and reduce costs.
Present regular reports to upper management to track Commercial performance and campaign results.
Quality and Process ImprovementReview quality measurements at Channel, Product, Geography, and Employee levels.
Identify and lead process efficiency opportunities.
Assist the Sales division in enhancing demand generation, focusing on campaign volume and yield.
Ensure the global campaign strategy is followed.
Competitor AnalysisMonitor competitor activities regularly to inform strategic decisions.
Team and CommunicationContribute to the Sales Division communication plan through regular team meetings and weekly status reports.
Proactively manage and motivate the team to be highly professional and results-oriented.
Share knowledge and expertise with peers and the Commercial Operation team.
Supervise direct reports to ensure they meet their objectives and perform in accordance with their job descriptions.
Self-ImprovementProactively take responsibility for self-improvement by staying informed of developments, knowledge, and innovations in the relevant field of expertise.
