Job Description
Identify and prospect potential B2B clients in the UAE travel industry, including corporate entities, travel agencies, tour operators, and other relevant businesses.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their travel needs, and offering tailored solutions to enhance their experience.
Conduct sales presentations, pitches, and negotiations to effectively communicate the value proposition of our travel services and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns, promotional offers, and marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management, providing insights and recommendations for business growth.
Represent the Company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand brand visibility and generate leads.
Skills
Proven track record of 2-3 years of successful sales experience in the UAE travel industry, with a focus on B2B sales and account management.
In-depth knowledge of the UAE travel market, industry trends, and key players.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
Strong sales acumen, with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
