Responsibilities:

1. Create and arrange floral designs for various occasions such as weddings, events, and everyday arrangements
2. Select and purchase flowers and plants from suppliers
3. Care for and maintain the quality of flowers and plants
4. Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering suggestions
5. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in floral design
6. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
7. Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the floral department

Preferred Candidate:

1. A minimum of 1 years of experience as a Florist in the local UAE market.
2. Organizing events within the industry.
3. Knowledge of flower trading and wholesale suppliers.
4. Strong knowledge of different types of flowers and plants
5. Excellent artistic and creative skills.
6. Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
8. Excellent customer service and communication skills
9. Ability to work well within a team
10. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
