Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a project team to ensure timeframes and customer satisfaction are met.
Understand requirements, specifications, and project scope.
Prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval, and manage the approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timeline objectives.
Review contract documents and administer all issues related to the project in conjunction with the Operations Manager in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures.
Identify the staffing requirements for the project.
Manage resources and expenses to achieve contract completion within budget and timeframe.
Provide work direction and leadership to multiple teams, including scheduling, assignment, and review of project work.
Track, monitor, and communicate project progress against the actual project plan.
Prepare and submit project progress reports.
Attend client and in-house meetings.
Interface with Project Controls for invoice generation and maintain project information system.
Identify and scope any additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance project deliverables, customer satisfaction, and improve company revenue.
Ensure timely payments are received from the customer in accordance with contract conditions.
Administer project correspondences.
Liaise with clients and obtain feedback on project completion.
Liaise with the HSE and/or Quality Department for the preparation and publishing of project safety and/or quality manuals to ensure the company’s Health, Safety & Environment standards are met.
Conduct project personnel performance evaluations.
Identify and ensure skills and training needs of assigned manpower are aligned with project requirements and support recruitment activities to source technically competent personnel for the project.
Represent the company and enhance relationships in dealings with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Ensure compilation of all lessons learned after completion of each project.
Monitor compilation of the Final Handover Documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement:
Minimum – BE/B. Tech in Engineering in respective discipline.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum – With a minimum of 15 to 20 years of significant construction experience, with at least 5 to 10 years of work experience engaged in the field of oil & gas construction works related to Refineries or petrochemical plants.
