Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • MIS reporting

  • Budgeting, Forecasting, Variance Analysis

  • Finalization of Accounts

  • Cash Flow planning and management

  • Inter-Co transaction

  • Reconciliations

  • VAT

Duties:

  • Monitor day-to-day financial operations.

  • Track the company financial performance and identify potential areas for improvements.

  • Research and analyse financial reports.

  • Ensure timely and productive reporting.

  • Collating, preparing, and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, and financial statement.

  • MIS Reporting to HO and group companies.

  • Reconciliation of balances within group companies and external vendors.

  • Co-ordination between department to ensure the smooth flow of information.

  • Monthly book closure activities.

  • Able to contribute into the daily operational decision making.

  • Invoicing & Customer statements.

  • Transaction Documentation.

  • Collection follow-up.

  • Sales and other reporting.

  • Credit Limit control.

  • Petty Cash management.

  • Stock management.

  • Sales ledger.

  • Archiving.
