Job Description
The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for analyzing and optimizing the supply chain operations of an FMCG company based in Doha, Qatar. They will work closely with the supply chain team to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
Conduct data analysis and generate reports to identify trends and patterns in supply chain performance.
Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal inventory management.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to streamline procurement processes and ensure timely delivery of goods.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend strategies to reduce supply chain expenses.
Optimize logistics and transportation routes to minimize lead times and maximize cost-effectiveness.
Preferred Candidate:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain analysis, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Proficiency in using supply chain management software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
