Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Fashion & Apparel Sales professional to join our dynamic team! In this exciting role, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, building client relationships, and keeping our brand at the forefront of the fashion scene.
What You'll Do:
Strategic Sales Leader: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious sales targets and propel revenue growth.
Client Relationship Maestro: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique style needs and preferences.
Fashion Style Guru: Offer personalized fashion advice and recommendations, tailoring your approach to each client's individual taste.
Trend Spotter Extraordinaire: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping yourself updated on the latest fashion trends, industry news, and competitor offerings.
Network & Showcase: Represent our brand at fashion events and trade shows, showcasing our products and building connections with potential clients.
Sales Process Champion: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to finalizing the sale and ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
Compelling Communicator: Craft and deliver captivating presentations and product demonstrations that leave clients wanting more.
Team Player with a Marketing Mindset: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to develop engaging promotional campaigns and initiatives.
Data-Driven Approach: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Product Development Influencer: Provide valuable feedback and insights to the design and production teams, influencing future product development.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Fashion & Apparel industry.
An in-depth understanding of current fashion trends, designers, and brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with clients.
A proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and aesthetics.
The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working independently and collaboratively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Fluency in written and spoken English.
