We are hiring for the role UX Designer based out Dubai. We are looking at immediate / early joiners.

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Expert to join our team. As a UX Expert, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience across our digital products and platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs, gather requirements, and create intuitive and delightful user interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations.

• Create user personas, user journeys, and user flow diagrams to guide design decisions.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define product requirements and features.

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and communicate design concepts.

• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.

• Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility and implementation of designs.

• Advocate for the user and champion UX best practices throughout the organization.

• Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and UX design standards.

Mentor junior members of the team and contribute to a collaborative and creative work environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in HCI, UX Design, Graphic Design, or related field (master’s degree preferred).

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UX Researcher, or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design projects and processes.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.

• Experience with user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and responsive design principles is a plus.

• Experience with mobile app design and development is a plus.

• Certifications in UX design or related fields are a bonus.
