Senior Solutions Operations Specialist

Mozn is seeking a Senior Solutions Operations Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing operational efficiency, maintaining quality control measures, and supporting the strategic growth initiatives of the company. The Senior Solutions Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with top management, directors, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of operational activities.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor day-to-day operations, assess performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvements.

• Collaborate with executive operations teams and vendors to align project goals and stakeholder expectations with operational protocols.

• Develop and implement quality control measures across departments to ensure consistency and efficiency in operations.

• Onboard and train new employees on standard operating procedures and ensure adherence to established protocols.

• Manage project expenses and budgets in coordination with the finance department to ensure financial objectives are met.

• Optimize operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency while upholding quality standards.

• Assist in the implementation of new operational strategies, processes, and tools to drive continuous improvement.

• Track and report on operational performance to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in project management, operations management, or similar roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications.

• Previous experience in management consulting firms is advantageous.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Demonstrated experience in project management, from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

• Excellent attention to detail with proficient analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and effectively in a team environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.
