Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Project Management:

    • Oversee all aspects of projects, from budgeting and planning to execution and completion.

    • Manage project resources (equipment, personnel) effectively.

    • Evaluate client-provided Scope of Work and ensure project alignment.

    • Prepare bid proposals and attend client meetings (kick-off meetings).

    • Lead project teams to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction.

    • Conduct regular meetings with team members to address challenges and needs.

    • Implement best practices for efficient resource utilization.

    • Motivate and ensure the effectiveness of Area Supervisors.

  • Business Development:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

    • Prepare and present executive management reports.

    • Maintain frequent client contact to understand their needs and propose solutions.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Prepare project budgets for the department.

    • Manage outstanding client invoices and ensure timely payments.

    • Facilitate smooth communication among administrative coordinators.
