Store Keeper

Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and products in designated storage areas.

• Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of all items in appropriate locations.

• Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile any discrepancies or issues.

• Maintain accurate inventory records using inventory management software.

• Monitor stock levels and initiate purchase orders or replenishment requests as necessary.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

• Prepare and pack items for shipment or delivery to other locations.

• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in the storage area.

• Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations.

• Assist in conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory control policies.

Preferred Candidate:

• Proven work experience as a Store Keeper or similar role.

• Excellent knowledge of inventory management principles and procedures.

• Familiarity with warehouse and storage practices.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work independently and in a team.

• Good organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficient in using inventory management software and MS Office.

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
