Job Description
Lead all strategic negotiation with major supplier & Assist the Supply Chain Director to Set & establish annual strategic contracts with major vendors & suppliers
Set up Purchase orders end to end cycle and coordinate with all other departments involved with PO cycle.
Ensure compliance with internal rules and polices related to PRC activities
Set Up annual targets and KPI’s for PRC team and follow up on monthly basis
Coordinate with planning manager & BUH to ensure smooth material flow to production
Improve payment terms and reduce cash Vs credit payments to suppliers
Set Up supplier selection criteria along with supplier’s evaluation process
Provide SCD with monthly reports on / Active, non-active suppliers
Participate in suppliers’ prequalification process
Comply with KPI’s set by SCD
Ensure close coordination with ERP consultant to improve the ERP system utilization and automate all functions related to Procurement activates
