About the Job
Our Client is looking for a Sr Digital Associate with a focus on events and entertainment companies or clients.. Preferably can start immediately.
Overview:
Support the planning, development, execution and tracking of digital campaigns across events (FFS & JV) – including ensuring they align with events’ strategic objectives.
Manage the relationship with the media agency and ensure smooth delivery of SOW and deliverables.
Report on campaign performance while driving efficiencies and creating new opportunities for digital marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital marketing management: Develop and implement campaigns aligned with the event’s overall objectives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, work closely with partners to ensure smooth delivery of the campaign and alignment.
Data analysis & CRM: Analyze customer journeys, interpret data to optimize campaigns and increase ROI, work closely with client to ensure the delivery of CRM related activities and website updates
Ensure positive collaboration between the wider marketing team and other units, to meet the event’s strategic objectives.
UAE based with domestic and international travel as required.
Remote working permitted in line with Human Capital policies.
Qualifications:
Min. 7 - 12 years of experience in marketing roles, with a focus on events and entertainment companies / clients.
Bachelor's or master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, creativity and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
Proficient in marketing automation tools, pay-per-click advertising, email marketing social media advertising and website analytics.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
