Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pipe Extrusion Technician to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain pipe extrusion machinery, ensuring efficient and high-quality production.
Monitor production processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
Conduct routine maintenance checks and adjustments to keep equipment functioning properly.
Follow established procedures for material handling, machine setup, and operation.
Maintain accurate production records and report any deviations from quality standards.
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production goals.
Qualifications:
Technical Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field, such as plastics manufacturing or extrusion (required).
Extensive knowledge of pipe extrusion processes and principles (required).
Experience operating and troubleshooting pipe extrusion machinery (required).
Strong attention to detail and observational skills (required).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (required).
