Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Description:

  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.

  • Develop relationships with various clients (private and governmental) and consultants for projects and product approvals.

  • Develop the product portfolio based on market needs and trends.

  • Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry events, publications, and announcements.

  • Locate potential business deals by contacting partners and exploring opportunities.

  • Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials.

  • Evaluate options, resolve internal priorities, and examine risks and potentials for business opportunities.

  • Estimate needs and goals in conjunction with principal’s requirements.

  • Coordinate requirements, develop and negotiate contracts, and integrate contract requirements with various business operations to close new deals.

  • Protect organization’s value and reputation by keeping information confidential and enhancing reputation through ownership of new tasks and requests.

  • Explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Develop strategies and tactics to drive qualified traffic to the company.

  • Deploy marketing campaigns (digital, seminars, events) from ideation to execution.

  • Experiment with various channels like content creation, event management, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis.

  • Produce valuable content for the website and develop a blog to attract and convert target groups.

  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.

  • Prepare and monitor the marketing plan on a quarterly and annual basis.

  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gaining insights and assessing against goals.

  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.

  • Handle additional tasks as assigned by management.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.

  • At least 6 years’ experience in the construction market industry, business, marketing, or related field.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.

  • Knowledge of the GCC region.
