liaison Officer

Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary point of contact and representative for the organization with government entities, international organizations, and other external partners.

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including attending meetings, conferences, and events.

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between different parties, ensuring effective and timely exchange of information.

• Provide support and assistance in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise between the organization and external partners.

• Stay up-to-date with relevant policies, regulations, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and other documentation as required.

• Collaborate with internal teams to gather and provide information and updates to external partners.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the organization's communication and collaboration efforts.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for collaboration and partnership with external entities.

• Conduct research and analysis to identify potential risks and opportunities for the organization.

Preferred Candidate:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Liaison Officer or similar role.

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of government policies, regulations, and procedures.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.

• Fluency in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances and requirements.
