Project Description:
This role offers the opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia, a major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, arts, and associated infrastructure. As one of the delivery partners, Mace requires high-caliber professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each project phase.

Job Description:
The Senior MEP Manager is responsible for ensuring the project is managed safely, effectively, and efficiently, and completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of construction projects, leading the technical quality of MEP/AV matters, and ensuring adherence to client objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Actively support and align work with the client's strategic objectives.

• Coordinate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

• Engage in the technical design process and contribute to project briefs and RFI documentation.

• Develop, implement, and manage health and safety strategies across the project.

• Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Negotiate contracts and ensure subcontractor adherence to contracts.

• Monitor project progress against schedule and cost plan, highlighting concerns and implementing mitigation measures.

• Define project plan documents, including scope, financial plans, schedule, and risk management plans.

• Direct and supervise a team of construction professionals.

• Capitalize on global innovation in construction methods and materials.

• Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to team members.

• Act as a subject matter expert in MEP/AV elements of the project.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree qualification.

• Chartership or similar professional qualifications.

• Necessary visa criteria for Saudi Arabia and relevant work experience in high-value projects.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

• Extensive MEP construction experience.

• Working experience in the MEA region.

• Influential skills and experience in leading or senior roles on major construction projects.
