Responsibilities

• Proficiently lay a variety of tiles including wall tiles, floor tiles, and slabs.

• Ensure precise and accurate measurements and cuts for each tile installation.

• Expertly handle all aspects of tile installation, including preparation of surfaces, application of adhesives, and grouting.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety standards and regulations.

• Train and supervise helpers provided for assistance with tile installation tasks.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the tile installation process.

• Keep abreast of industry trends, techniques, and materials to continually improve skills and quality of work.

Skills

• Proven track record of successful tile installation projects, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field.

• Extensive knowledge of different types of tiles, adhesives, and grouting materials.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Physical fitness and stamina to perform manual labor involved in tile installation.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Professional certification or training in tiling techniques (preferred but not required).
