Role Overview: Reporting to the Head of B2B GCC+ cluster, the B2B Channel Manager will play a pivotal role in driving Logitech's business and growth within current and potential T1 & T2 partners. This position involves collaborating with key decision-makers to expand share of wallet across all product categories, particularly Video Collaboration and Personal Workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Train and assist channel partners to effectively promote and sell Logitech products and services.
Identify and onboard new channel partners, assessing their potential contribution to sales objectives and market penetration.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency of channel strategies.
Stay updated on industry developments, competitive dynamics, and market conditions to identify opportunities and threats.
Oversee partner contracts, agreements, and rewards to optimize partner satisfaction and performance.
Measure and report on key performance indicators, such as revenue goals and market trends.
Establish and sustain relationships with channel partners, guiding them in achieving business targets.
Conduct quality business reviews with partners, providing feedback and areas for improvement.
Work closely with Key Account Managers to qualify the pipeline and align channel partners with relevant end-user accounts.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop activities and events to drive demand and boost sales.
Key Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of experience managing Distribution and Channel Landscape in the Middle East.
Bachelor's Degree required; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
Results-driven with strong business acumen and ability to build rapport with customers and partners.
Deep knowledge of current trends and sales practices in the Unified Communications and Collaborations industry.
Strong work ethic and commitment to integrity.
