What You Will Be Doing
Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.
Conduct thorough root cause analysis and provide detailed documentation for issue resolution.
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.
Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.
Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software to ensure optimum performance and security.
Manage and maintain IT assets and regularly check and monitor their conditions and take necessary actions when needed.
Perform End-User Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
Be Great For This Role If
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.
Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS), networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Experienced with but not limited Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian Confluence & Jira.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Result oriented mindset.
