What You Will Be Doing

• Provide technical support to employees, resolving issues and inquiries promptly and effectively.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems.

• Conduct thorough root cause analysis and provide detailed documentation for issue resolution.

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems.

• Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

• Perform regular maintenance and upgrades on hardware and software to ensure optimum performance and security.

• Manage and maintain IT assets and regularly check and monitor their conditions and take necessary actions when needed.

• Perform End-User Onboarding and Offboarding processes.

Be Great For This Role If

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• Proven experience in a technical support or help desk role.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical users.

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, MacOS), networking, and troubleshooting methodologies.

• Experienced with but not limited Google Workspace, Okta, Slack, Atlassian Confluence & Jira.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Result oriented mindset.
