Product Manager (Payment)

LaunchGood is looking for a stellar Product Manager to own and drive the payment section of our product roadmap. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally with our global team, develop a deep understanding of our customers, business, understand our community needs, and match opportunities.

Your Mission

Re-instill confidence in the Global Muslim community by building world-class products! As product manager you will own your product, creating business goals and defining and prioritising new features while collaborating crossfunctially to drive outstanding results!

You will

• Own and drive the payment section of our products roadmap. Develop a deep understanding of our user personas, their needs, and match them to opportunities
• Think out of the box to uplevel our products for fundraisers and donors
• Ensure the health of your product by balancing new features with maintenance and technical debt
• Focus the team on the most impactful updates by understanding the opportunities and challenges, synthesizing those needs into the roadmap, and defining key metrics
• Monitor OKRs and KPIs across crucial touchpoints
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including engineering, marketing, design and customer success.

You have

• 3+ years of product management experience in a B2C or B2B payments space
• Experience working alongside engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams to ship real products
• Deep understanding of our users and how our product serves them
• Knack for storytelling with ability to communicate to users with empathy
• An entrepreneurial mindset - you're comfortable rolling up your sleeves, thriving in ambiguity, and getting the work done
• System thinking mindset, with background in agile and design thinking methodologies
• Critical thinking metrics driven work style that leverages data to make informed decisions
• Outstanding interpersonal skills across a diverse and multicultural community

Preferred

• Experience driving and owning payment partner and vendor relationships
• A proven history of success in product management roles at high-tech or SaaS software companies
